Materials & Manufacturing
Our bungee cords are made of high quality materials including BCI’s specialized AG rubber, the only rubber in the world with a formula engineered specifically for bungee jumping. The cord’s manufacturing process is compliant to ASTM F-3785 practices in regards to materials, quality assurance, storage and record keeping. BCI maintains its own manufacturing facility in Canada where specialized cord making machines are utilized in conjunction with handmade processes to arrive at a final product ready for shipping.
